There was an incident in the Singapore region.

When:
01/28/2021 11:44 PM ~ 01/29/2021 02:04 AM UTC (07:44 AM ~ 10:04 AM, 01/29/2021 SGT)

Impact:
Customers who are using .Net SDK in ap-5 were unable to connect to the Sendbird server.

Possible cause:
We are currently investigating the root cause of the issue with .NET and CLB edge endpoint.

Next step:
We have done a rollback of the servers on AP-5 and the service backs to be operational.
